Who decides what's wearable and what's not? Honestly, this look is completely "wearable" and also different. It provides variety among a bunch of ordinary, plain looks and is an instant eye-catcher. I do a lot of different makeup looks as well and I always, always, always get compliments on them. Michelle Phan is a wonderful makeup artist and I will always admire her and respect her for standing out among the crowd.

I noticed as well that a lot of her looks are not wearable but that depends on the occasion. A lot of her looks like this one would look amazing if you're out to a club. Also, she's an artist, she loves art for those of you that haven't cared enough to know what she's about. She loves art and make up and combines these two. Generally 1/2 of her looks you'd wear to a night out, halloween/costume parties, photoshoots, or if your a performer in a play. In these instances it is acceptable to wear a loud makeup look. As YOU CAN'T tell most of these looks you don't wear everyday, she doesn't do all natural looks. HAVE FUN with makeup, dont limit yourself! :D

All id do is apply dark blue eyeliner in the bottom and gel eyeliner with some glittter on the top lid so it reflects the city lights and luminicentt colors .....it would make your eyes stand out amazingly ( any eye shape to be exact) but this is tottaly worth tryingg!!!!!!!
