Yes god is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. But the old testiment is not followed because Jesus came and he died for our sins and at his resurrection he established a NEW law.. now we don't have to sacrifice animals or humans to repent for our sins, instead Jesus's blood covers our sins which is the new law in the new testament.. The old testament is strictly to read and LEARN from the mistakes, and the good points that they had. Christians are to follow the new testiment. :)
