Another assumption made is the just because the bible doesnt record other sons and daughters than Cain Abel and Seth that that means there were no others. ANy honest reader wouold likely conclude that there were dozens of children and grandchildren over the course of 130 years. I mean they were the perfect creation, made to procreate. Im guessing they had kids every 2 years or less and some multiple births. DO the math and you have 1000s of people in 60 years.

Adam lived to be 930 and so the text says that he had Seth when he was 130 and lived another 800 years and he had sons and daughters. Obviously he didnt have them after the 800 years. No time period is given as to when he had the sons and daughters. But Atheists make these assumptions and the unlearned lap them up like thristy cats.

Another question: where in Genesis, is it clear that Cain & Abel where definitely the first two children of Adam & Eve? I would think in those days, they were poppin kids out left & right. Possibly even before, in between, and certainly after the birth of Cain & Abel. The Bible says people lived up to 900 some odd years long. Mathematically, one couple in those days could have hundreds of children. After reading Gen:4, all we can be sure is, Adam & Eve's kids were all born after their fall.

If you re-read all of Gen chapter 1, the whole chapter actually reads more like a thesis or an opening statement. The Bible has too many contradictions in it to hold water. Believing in a supreme being is not the same thing as believing that the Bible is 100% accurate or whatever. I am a free-thinking agnostic.

Genesis was written in a cannon style. They are stories that build on each other each time. It never once says that anyone was spoken into existence. God says Let us create man in our image. He's talking to himself and possibly angels. He then creates man and woman. This is where the cannon kinda takes because in the second chapter Eve isn't there and He goes on to create her from Adam's rib.

Knowing that it's written in a cannon style debunks pretty much this whole video. Sorry man. Peace.

Perhaps evolution is God's way of making things as they are. People think that God operates out of science. Science in most cases has to catch up. Lastly, what I find with Black atheist is that they take the Bible so so so so literally. Your belief in God, in my opinion should not be relied on by a book. To answer your question from a christian perspective, the bible doesn't tell you everything, the gaps are for the preachers to fill in. I just finished reading Genisis myself and came to the conclusion that even IF Adam and Eve were the 1st people created and had kids and populated the earth than according to Christian belief, the world was populated through means of ....incesset. I prefer the theory of evolution myself.

Great job telling it like it is! The Bible makes no sense. It was put together with parts from various groups over time and it contains many errors. Most Christians don't even know there are two creation myths within the same book! The religious nuts are going to have to do sumersaults to explain all the contradictions in those ancient myth stories.
