i loved this movie! the reason why b/c my dads dad had cancer and killed himself when i was little. and my brother has chromosome 18 deletion syndrome. almost like Eric but not the same disorder

"I love you Milly." ...and then he leaves her. Eric turned into the typical guy. He should have took her with him! Love the movie. Wish it didn't end so bittersweet though. :(

Nobody seems to have heard of it in the UK, even though a lot of people on YouTube seem to remember it. My Dad bought the video second hand from a market, and we loved it. I wonder if it has been released on DVD now? Some old films do eventually get released on DVD.
