oh i just noticed his mouse isn't really on the start button at the bottom right when the start menu comes up, so that "desktop" is probably already the program he made. Either way, creative indeed

You can also notice that after he brings up the "Shutdown, Restart, Log Off" menu, he doesn't actually click it, he goes to the bottom right and starts a program either by icon or from his taskbar and then you can see his mouse move from bottom right towards the center as the screen fades to black. So it looks like he just made a quick program, maybe flash that fakes the windows shut down screen and then activates the card animations based on pressing something like the down arrow.

I seee what he did. He has some setting on his computer where it goes to paint or something and if you look at 1:31 his hand goes down to press a button therefore bringing the already made card that he drew or scanned on the computer on the screen.

it's very obvious that he's not signing the card. it would have been cooler if somehow you'd shown us a blank card (the same card - taken from another deck) first, pretended to sign the card (in a more realistic way), then shown us the already signed card.

Simple. He never showed the first card, nor did he move it when he shuffled. When he picks the card out, its the top card. he never actually signs it, just pretends. comps in sleep mode, and presses spacebar and it moves. Should have showed it before you signed it ;D
