i was at jc penny in the mall the night they played the second of the two home and home games and the second brawl broke out and by the time it was over there about 50 people watching this one in jc penny, classic
its pretty clear. manson was afraid. stevens is the man. they exchanged blows - manson just happened to draw blood on stevens. watch the fight. it was all scotty.

around 5:45 manson tries to get stevens to come out to center ice. they tried to go the night before but the linesmen got between them. manson wasnt afraid of stevens. and one of the best enforcers for the blues, darin kimble sucker punched jeremy roenick, from behind. thats class?? the fight was hardly all scotty. he got punched several times and tossed around like a rag doll near the end. a decisive win for manson.

the blues were trying to get away with this type of play all weekend. they couldnt handle the hawks 5 on 5 so they tried to get the star players in the box. the hawks announcers call the fact that the hawks have way more players on the ice than they should.
I was at this game, it was the second game of back-to-back home-and home games on March 16th and 17th, 1991, in St Louis and Chicago respectively. (I was in St Louis for the first game too). Teams were within a couple points of each other that weekend which saw the Hawks win both games.
Game 1 featured another brawk with Dirtk Graham suckerpunching Stevens. It was an awesome weekend of hockey, with the highlights being the Hawks gaining 4 points and Manson beating the tar out of Stevens.
and the night in st. louis they didnt have chelios bc he was suspended after the big brawl in LA. the hawks beat the kings and then the blues twice that week and never looked back. unfortunately the presidents trophy is no stanley cup.
Featherstone's facial expression is pretty funny after he throws that extra haymaker while the linesman is breaking them up at around the 35-40second mark.

its pretty clear. manson was afraid. stevens is the man. they exchanged blows - manson just happened to draw blood on stevens. watch the fight. it was all scotty.
and don't forget that these classless fools sent 8 guys out on the ice to start a fight. and i didn't see one blue lose anything decisively. pretty easy to pick a fight 8 on 5 when the 2 best enforcers for the other team are in the locker room.

around 5:45 manson tries to get stevens to come out to center ice. they tried to go the night before but the linesmen got between them. manson wasnt afraid of stevens. and one of the best enforcers for the blues, darin kimble sucker punched jeremy roenick, from behind. thats class?? the fight was hardly all scotty. he got punched several times and tossed around like a rag doll near the end. a decisive win for manson.

stevens broke mansons cheek and orbital bone in this fight. stevens got his cut 2 days before this game from a deflected puck. his
helmet came down and opened the stitches up.
manson was quoted as saying "that guy has the hardest punch in hockey" through his wired jaw. stevens ruled in this one hands down!

this game was march 17th 1991. the game before was sat. march 16th in st. louis. look it up. hawks won that game 3-2. manson never sported a shiner from the fight either. he was on the hawks weekly center ice show for an interview the very next day and he looked just fine.

Hawks was upset because Kimble jump the best young player Roenick at this time. Also they lost Larmer against the STL 4 liners. So Keenan did the same with Manson Peluso and Grimson after on the best STL players. Great games :)

There is a feed here on Youtube with the Chicago announcers take on this and they are are acting like the Hawks were angels throughout the whole thing. So according to your logic,they would have to have the worst announcers ever as well.

the blues were trying to get away with this type of play all weekend. they couldnt handle the hawks 5 on 5 so they tried to get the star players in the box. the hawks announcers call the fact that the hawks have way more players on the ice than they should.

I was at this game, it was the second game of back-to-back home-and home games on March 16th and 17th, 1991, in St Louis and Chicago respectively. (I was in St Louis for the first game too). Teams were within a couple points of each other that weekend which saw the Hawks win both games.
Game 1 featured another brawk with Dirtk Graham suckerpunching Stevens. It was an awesome weekend of hockey, with the highlights being the Hawks gaining 4 points and Manson beating the tar out of Stevens.

and the night in st. louis they didnt have chelios bc he was suspended after the big brawl in LA. the hawks beat the kings and then the blues twice that week and never looked back. unfortunately the presidents trophy is no stanley cup.
