  • rly nice

  • Pues a mí me parece brillante.

  • For those of you who are arguing about the tempo (julywapo in particular) remember that most tempo markings generally mean a certain number of crotchet beats per minute. The composer wrote each group of triplets as semiquaver triplets (I.e quaver divided into three) so perhaps the performer is right to play it twice as fast as one would expect?

  • :S Que desmadre!!

  • @julywapo

dude,,, just overcome it... this pianist is a huge musician,,, you have no clue what you're talking about...

  • Bravo!!

  • ma è brahms! :D

  • This is a real PRESTO.....

The one and only performance for this piece ....

  • @1978christos This is fantastic. I had the misfortune of listening to the crappy amateur performances before finally stumbling on a real one.

  • @1978christos

Aunque en la partitura dice Allegro, ALLEGROOOO!!

  • Very good performance. He manages to play incredibly fast, but there is always clarity, and make it feel effortless. A bit fast for my taste, but still a great performance. And now how the hell am I supposed to learn this etude?

  • Wonderful.

Very clear. Good contrast. No stress while listening, although it's fast.

  • Funny, it has last chords that were stolen from 4th ballade of his countryman Chopin.

  • @pupulique To say he was Polish could open a debate. He was born and raised in Germany, though today the city where he was born is actually in Polish territory. His Brother is considered a famous German writer, but he was of Polish descent. Some biographies say he was Polish, some he was German. Anyway those last chords are indeed similar to the ending of Chopin's 4th ballade, but it's a very tyipcal cadenza.

  • HOLY SHIT.

  • and I'm supposed to learn this?? hahahahaha

  • @Phersephoie My thought too! D: woohoo Fantastic playing though!

  • @tamegomaith93 sure thing!

  • This guy is the reincarnation of Moszkowski!

  • thats wonderful...
