Gosh… it is a funny thing :). I run my 4 K daily (I want to get it up to 6’ish). I run because it is a form of meditation… fix my eye and mind on a single point and enjoy the sensation of experiencing my body working at a higher rate. It is fun!

I don't think this video is very good at all. The opening answer to the eponymous question "I run to relax", should have been the first of many - ending in "We all run for World Vision". ie. I run to relax....I run to get fit.....I run to see the world.....I run to break records.....I run to live longer......We all run for World Vision.

It had great music, mosty great images, but the message was completely lost. Good video for motivating random runners - bad video for the charity.
