Is there a parts list available for this build? Dose anyone know the Water/Baking soda ratio? and how much hydrogen a generator like this would put off?
Planning on building one very soon and see if it works for me. I have one question, what manual were you refering to? I would like to use the same directions you were going by.

plus its not a "fuel cell" or a "Electrolyzer" it is called an Electrolytic Cells and splitting water into HH and O is called electrolysis. i rebuild any old rusty tool i can find that is human or belt driven, i use electrolysis to remove the rust, the fisrt thing you learn about is what not to use as an electrodes STAINLESS STEEL! yes it last longer but at what cost? gold would never have to be replaced use that. gold plated should work. electrolysis does not work with gold for plateing.
OMG you are useing stainless steel are you nuts? use carbon, gold, or platinum, do you know what happens to stainless steel in a electrolytic cell? ever heard of chromium 6? see how the water turns yellow? you know it is illegal to dump that on the ground or down the drain even if your washing it? ever seen Erin Brockovich? These compounds are bad enough that government regulations mandate "elimination of hexavalent chromate by 2007 for corrosion protection." your worse then the gas companies
hey i went and bought stainless steel wire from a welding shop... i cant get the wire to wined up like u did...what could i do to get it to wined up? this wire seems really fragile.

@fighter0dog I saw somewhere that HHO or brown gas was actually a reconfiguration of the water molecule, in which the center atom is an hydrogen. This is highly unstable, and when it breaks or reconfigures, the energy is released.
@fighter0dog really?... its hydrogen. not hydraulic. and most people use helium to fill balloons, not hydrogen. unless you are talking about airships or "blimps" such as the Hindenburg which proved that hydrogen it not such a good choice.

HEY i know a guy who is using plug outlet covers like out of your house that are stainless steel. he bout them from home depot on sale lol... it works to ... i dont know if its cheaper or more effecient than this but its alot more simple

The hydrogen acts just like gasoline in the engine -- storing energy until it can be harnessed. This allows energy to be generated more efficiently on a larger scale in industrial plants.
I posted a vid on Youtube - we put an HHO kit (6 cell) on a 76 Chevy Truck - worked SUPER... we used a Water4Gas manual, but Tesla patent adaptation... ie. steel threaded bolts for the electrolyzer... SUPER! Thanks for the vid - keep on doing the research and application!
You have it right. I twisted both for ease of placement meaning that depending on the placement of the bottle (hose end, etc) that I could use either terminal as positive or neg.
Mike, R u alternating the posative and negative sides? In other words your skipping a v groove in every other wrap so you can put the other wire. In the book it says twist one, just double over the other - did you twist both?

@Shoyrouit consists of 2 hydraulic and 1 oxygen (hydro oxygen) its the burning gas we get and also the same gas we use to fill balloons
