They healed just like any other piercing and even though there was a lot of blood, it wasn't too painful. There's really no difference between this and a standard 14G piercing other than that it saves time and money with stretching to smaller sizes.

He won't get a blowout because the tunnel they put in is the exact size his new piercing is. As long as he turns it every day it shouldn't heal onto the jewelry.

it all depends on the thickness of the ear, and the experience of the piercer. It seems as though this piercer was new and it even said that this was her first time with this large of needle. Had it been a piercer with extensive piercing experience I have a feeling that the outcome would be different. You can even pierce at a 2g, or dermal punch the ear, which just takes a hole out. With a needle, an experienced piercer, and proper care this would be healthy and thick at 1 inch.

this is quicker but stretching is a lot less painful. and it doesnt bleed as much.
but what do i know i only went from an 18 to a 6 in a month.

Every piercing would. But with a special hypodermic needle, it makes a hole, rather than pushing the skin aside making it less painfull, and doesnt get crusty in the morning for as long.lol

wow. WHO DOES THIS? i would NEVER pierce lower than a 14!!! and mine was pierced at an 18 or 20! jesus...you're supposed to stretch a healed ear piercing. someone's lazy...or just insane. like someone else said, if this doesn't get infected i'll donate my hair to cancer patients.

this is not the right way to stretch. when you stretch it shouldnt even have to bleed! Thats because you skipped sizes. Do things properly please! People are going to see this in the internet and this isnt the way its going to work well.
