I got Chico my ACD to howl once when he was a baby, and it was the most beautiful sound I've ever heard, he sounded like the prettiest wolf howl ever, and he never did it again just to spite me!
@WakiyaSpanishMustang Try getting more than one person to howl with you. It helps a lot. Nara has to bark awhile and then she will eventually let out a little howl. I should post a current video. She's almost 2 now and is a pro.
@bethrose425 i am sorry but how can you enjoy the howl? i have a 17 week old heeler pup and when she howls it is from the depths of hades. a vast trumpeting. holy moly. it would be cool if maybe she lived in the woods!

Mine won't howl. :( But she does make a lot of other cute little noises to make up for it lol. She's always been very verbal.

@aitch964 It helps to have more than one person howling at the same time. Sometimes she will howl with just me, but not always. Diesel is a cutie!
