Woah, I didn't know gelification is "molecular gastronomy". I have been doing it since 1980! Good for me!! This looks like a good kit to get home cooks or enthusiasts started. I always thought it was dumb to buy tools without a cause for example, buying a spherification kit without any plans of an ingredient or dish to use it with. Here is a thought; put together a little menu of an appetizer, a main, and a dessert and decide what you will do with the recipes, then buy the kit.

@seattle448 i ate at them mol gas places once....i had the wife faint when we were sleeping since i had to fart so many times and she got sick of me and went to finish off her sleep on da couch.....farting is one of the draw backs of mol gas food and restautants......i usually eat at subways and never did i ever have dis experience....tanks
