He looks like he's wearing diapers! If he had to pee or poop there's n way he would have gotten all that underwear off, so he might as well have used them as a diaper. This boy even reminds me of a boy I saw in 7th grade gym class who wore several dozen pairs of underwear and pooped in them. Poor kid had no shame. His sister told everyone that this was all he ever wore around the house (with a shirt, no pants). She always talked about how funny his butt looked all "diapered up" in white briefs.
