I think Notch was pretty dumb, when he added the effect for the TNT. Bombs explosions are uniform, they have an areal impact of 360*, if the material is of equal density, it spreads out equally, leaving a distinct shape on the site. Besides that, why does TNT still destroy the blocks, instead of breaking them down. The game went out of beta, and it still has the same dumb issue. And no ambient sounds, yeah, the game is out of BETA the end of my dick it is.
