This kid has been given a true gift from God! I understand that some people cannot see this gift because their vision is clouded by the flesh and that they must think that you must be ordained to set foot into the pulpit, but this is wrong. Anyone who is a "rational thinker" is a level headed follower of Christ. There are very few 11-year-olds with the mental faculties to critically examine a belief system to check whether it makes sense.
An 11 year-old preacher is no more impressive to me than an 11 year-old with the ability to speak eloquently and (apparently) passionately about any other topic. If someone gives a well-written grocery list to an 11 year-old with a knack for speaking and the kid reads it well, it will be as meaningful as this sermon.

Anyone who is a "rational thinker" is a level headed follower of Christ. They realize, we're all broken, and we all use different things to mend ourselves whether it be drugs, music, sex, relationships...WHATEVER...the things don't even have to be "bad" or an "addiction" it's the things we use to give our life meaning...anyone who chooses Christ to be that instead instantly is freed from debt to the world. Unfortunately, not many christians can do that. They use their influence in politics and education and force their opinions on the lives of everyone. You are asking people to do an eisegesis, which is imposing your views onto the text such as Islam does. You are supposed to convey what the author meant. So incorrect.

@boc1953 that's a good point but im not interpreting it to fit my own moral the interpretation is that of today's society, it says in the bible that to look lustfully upon a women is adultery (speaking about things like porn) and if you do that you must gouge out your right eye now obviously i would not do that but what it means it to resist the temptation by doing whatever you need to, like throwing out your computer. So the interpretation isn't morally but its what it means in today's society

The relationship is not a real one but a construct in this child's head. My relationship with Santa brought me great joy and fulfillment every christmas but that doesn't mean Santa is real. It just means I was convinced he existed and so formed a bond to him.

You are attributing faith with the current understanding called blind faith (pistas) The Bible always refers to (pistos) which is not based on blind faith. You can replace the word faith with trust almost always in Hebrew 11. As in I had faith my girlfriend would be a good wife. This after I met her, not before.

There are very few 11-year-olds with the mental faculties to critically examine a belief system to check whether it makes sense.
An 11 year-old preacher is no more impressive to me than an 11 year-old with the ability to speak eloquently and (apparently) passionately about any other topic. If someone gives a well-written grocery list to an 11 year-old with a knack for speaking and the kid reads it well, it will be as meaningful as this sermon.

The Biblical God is in line with the suffering we see. Just read the Book of Job. We don't have the vantage point to determine if God has good reasons to allow suffering.

I'm guessing you're from the US, where movies have swear words removed so they can have a wider audience without offending anyone? Some may mock now, but their face may be the one that shows sadness on judgement day. We need to remember who the real enemy is and pray for those who mock, condemn and persecute believers. After all, were we not all in the shoes of the mocker at one time? We are not better than non believers, rather we are better off.

My Friend! All of creation testifies to God! For 2000 years, countless have tried to disprove even the smallest event in the bible. It has not happened nor will it ever and believe me, some are still searching for one small untruth in the bible. I pray that you will come to the saving grace that is available to all who call upon the name of Lord.

DUH this boy has a gift of memory. although the backing music with its ever increasing volume indicates that he is blessed... if that music didnt increase in volume and he didnt walk from side to side or start talking louder over that foresaid music, well then he would be a FAKE.. but all of those things DID come to pass.
