Just stick to the liturgical purity(or even puritanism, or even traditionalism) i.e. stay away from modernism, be clear when preaching ( not vague and watering down the teaching of CC), be faithful to the heritage of your Order, don't lossen down the rules of life(on the contrary - be even stricter and more disciplined(that's what the Order is famous for right?)) and bring back the Immaculate to your lives(i feel like She is being left out) and you'll have a boom in vocations.
