  • My family eats a lot of smoothies. We put in fresh fruit, yougurt, milk, sometimes fresh orange juice, and wheat germ or wheat hearts of something like that. Can't remember what it is called. They are good.

  • What if only plasic bottle, that you just refeil

  • I'm 5'5 and I'm 117 pounds

  • Watch "Forks over knives", it will be so interesting for you. This is a film about healthy eating

  • you. are AWESOME.

  • Your so pretty :)

  • oh god your so lucky to be taking this video in costa rica with the sound of the roaring ocean and breeze behind you.............. i want that SOO bad !!! sick of being a student

  • @addie899 my friend Heidi makes kick - ass beet-green apple and spinach - coconut juices.

  • What about juicing? Making fresh juice from different veggies & fruits at home. Because only water & herbal tea... goodness!! You need some flavor in there.

  • What websites do you use to do your vegetarian research? I just recently became a vegetarian and would like some guidance on what food can replace meat for the protein .

  • what do you eat woman!? haha

  • so basically a low carb diet?

  • I absolutely loved your video! I also became a vegetarian when i was 15 (I'm 19 now) because I didn't enjoy eating meat. I took a food chemistry class that taught me about mono vs poly fats, white vs. whole wheat, the importance of the fiber in fruits and vegetables, and the importance of water. People commented that you should eat fat BUT like you said you shouldn't eat deep fried foods. We have to eat poly fats instead of mono fats. Poly fats are veggie in origin like olive oil, avocado & nuts

  • i have this sorta of problem i don't know if anyone can relate to it or help mw

i lost about 26 pounds in 2 years

i was very happy with the result.. loved it

but after a while i don't know what happened to me i started eating a lot , even when i'm not hungery

it's like i'm feeling i don't deserve this weight lost or the way i look

i just want to stop ... every time i eat so much i hate myself for it , and i promise myself i won't do it again...but it didn't work... :(

  • @amna690 It's not so much about the quantity, but what you eat. I recommend reading 'The Kind Diet' which I read and made me change in so many good ways, and I always hear good things about 'Skinny Bitch'. Hope this helps.

  • @LynSire Thank u so much for ur help..i will definitely read them.

  • @amna690 Glad I could help, keep me updated ;))

  • you're so beautiful<3

  • I'm in love with this woman

    -3_-3

  • Can you please do an update on your healthy eating? :) I love this video. I'm only going to eat meat twice a week now. Do you recommend a website with healthy recipes or a book? My parents ate meat every night so I don't know how to cook vegetarian.

  • can you make more videos about your healthy life style food or diet

  • You can eat everything but just a little bit! And exercise! (by everything I dnt mean candy or fast food) :p if u want to have chocolate you can just no the whole pack, if u want to eat sweet bread you can just make sure to balance it and eat healthy the rest of the day and exercise!

  • trans fat is not deep fried, it means it's been dehydrated into a solid form. It comes from animal products, but, whenever a fat comes in solid its bad for you.

  • I know that Trader Joe's is a great place in my opinion to grocery shop for those healthy items and they also sell the fake meat substitutes... just a suggestion..

  • i dont think the question here is what not to eat. i think its what CAN you eat seems like yu cnt eat nothing to be healthy

  • hey mimi thanks for the info from now on i will try my very best to drink bottled water and eat less of the bad food that becomes fat in our body. i am now trying to eliminate fats on my legs, arms etc... but dont eat right. so this video is helpful for me.. and ive been watching your videos always and im glad that i learn a lot. thanks and keep up the good work. more power! and stay beautiful.

  • You mentioned you're on the way to becoming vegan! You should definitely check out Almond Milk as an alternative to regular milk. :) It's amazing. My dad is a vegan and I'm a pescaterian like you, but I've already eliminated milk from my diet (unless I'm at a friend's, I don't like to be rude if we're making something that uses milk because that's a waste). What I'm saying is that in my opinion it's WAY more delicious than regular milk, especially with healthy cereals in the morning!!

  • I want to follow your councils. you can give me of the councils a little more detailed? I would have to lose those 5 kg in more... love you mimi! ( sorry for my english...i came from italy :D )

  • Also, the rise in lactose intolerance is ridiculous as well due to this process. Look up studies done on Pasteurized milk and such. Its horrible for you -

  • Milk is actually bad for you, because it is pasteurized - which means all the good enzymes that break it down are pretty much killed, and this process inhibits calcium consumption. You get more calcium from a cabbage than from milk these days. IF you can get your hands on natural, non-pasteurized milk, it would be the best. Sadly, they make milk go through that process to increase shelf life at the cost of our health. >_< So careful with milk consumption.

  • you have convinced to me! I try information and I also transform!

    love you mimi,thank you!

  • i loooove this video you are so insipring about any arguments, you are a very interesting person

  • I have discovered DietOramy dieting (yow will discover it on Google) - that fat loss system is just spectacular, I 'm absolutely not depriving myself and I'm yet losing excess fat - the key is in diverse variations of meals, not at all in calorie consumption...

  • processed foods r not good either.

  • FRUIT SUGARS are actually okay to eat and you can have as much as you like of them, because they contain the vitamins and minerals needed to digest the sugar slowly, not causing them to be stored quickly by cells, so fruit sugars are actually really good for you, and they provide lots of energy

  • @sarafritsch123 beside that, sugar is needful for a good work of brain, so we should not totally eliminate sugar from our diet

  • you need water but you also need milk! strong bones!

  • Pura Vida!!!!

  • juice isn't bad unless it has sugar in it..certain juices like Naked juice and Bolthouse farms are 100% fruit. So for people that are on the go or don't have time to wash and peel fruit or whatever, those juices are fine...

  • @SoAmuseUs

The problem about fruit juices, even if they're 100% juice, is they're loaded with the sugar from the fruits themselves. Despite the fact that it's natural sugar, straight from the fruit, it's still concentrated sugar without the fibre that helps your digestive system metabolize the sugar into energy and not overwhelm your pancreas, which secretes insulin to control the amount of sugar in your system. It will create a spike in your blood sugar and that is devastating for your body.

  • Now don't get me wrong but I've been searching on Google for plenty of wholesome & effective extra weight reduction plan regime plan and I identified this unknown extra weight reduction plan regime called DietOramy - I am adopting the plan laid out and I'm going through plenty of excellent accomplishment, and I'm still eating just like before, without craving for food, just a bit different food items...

  • omg i hadnt seen this video.... u do look way thinner than in other videos but u look great;) thanks for sharing that is very kind of u and very helpful tips.... awesome video;)

  • Dark Chocolate is verry good for you :D Even if your on a diet chocolate won't kill you! I don't think there will be ever a day where ill ditch chocolate

  • I agree with eating healthy but I think it's better if we all have some meat on our bodies. When I was younger I would eat only chocolate and sweet things. Like cereal morning afternoon and night or other things like cookies. I don't think we should eliminate these from our diet, if we end up eating only organic and healthy food we all look like were dying of starvation. The people who eat a little fat here and there I personally think they look healthier.

  • Thank you so much Mimi, for this vid <3 I hope after all this information, I'll quit eating chocolat, chips, all fried food and some kinds of meat. But it is so difficult 'cuz I still live with my parents and everytime I see something that tastes good, I'm like '' this is the last time ever I'll eat this" or "only one of it can't be harmful" while I know it can :( You and Leyla are such an inspiration for me and probably for alot more people. (don't mind if my english is bad) xoxo

  • I've become a vegeterian only 3 months ago and I feel so better now! we have almost the same "food routine". The only difference is that I don't eat fish. I'm vegan for 70% of time and for the rest 30% I'm vegetarian. I also stopped buying leather stuff as you and Leyla! ;D

  • all right:)

  • Have you ever tried Ener G rice bread? I think it is perfect for sandwiches!!

  • This helped me so much! It is going to be a hard transition to eat clean foods and get healthy but I REALLY want to do it so I can look beautiful and FEEL beautiful in my body:)

  • I really found this video to be helpful, but I don't understand why you say not to drink bottled water...because I always drink bottled water, and I personally feel like my body is well-hydrated. Can you please explain? Thanks :)

  • @jlovely77 2 main reasons for not drinking bottled water: 1) the bottles themselves usually contain all sorts of harmful, toxic substances, namely BPA which has been known to cause cancer. 2) the companies selling the H2O are essentially using tap water, which obviously isn't filtered (contains high levels of fluoride, etc). so it's really no better than the water from your sink.

  • Mimi!! What a great video. To learn al these helpful things with the waves crashing in the background. Costa Rica is heaven on earth. Wonderful video. You are a beautiful soul.

  • Thank you so much for this video, so glad I came across it. I've been looking to improve my diet a lot. Thanks!!

  • how about milk?

  • Mimi you are soo sweet and genuine; its refreshing! Thanks soo much for all the great advice! When I forget my motivation to continue eating correctly I just refer back to this video and I am instantly snapped back to all the perks of living a healthy life-style =D Lots of Love from NYC <3

  • this is great thanks :D

  • I BET SHES LIVING ON A BEACH HEHE :D

  • im from costa rica (:

  • I am a veggie! Great job! eliminating animal products has to be the best thing i have ever done for myself. And eating meat actually does more harm to your body than "not" eating. If everyone knew how animals products are produced everyone would be vegetarians! Great job!! :))))

  • You should NOT be underweight if u eat healthy...

  • hey mimi i was wondering since you dont eat meat what would you normally cook on a daily basis?? and also maybe u could tell us some recipes that u eat in your healthy lifestyle. you have inspired me to become a pecitarian and a vegetarian!! :)

  • how tall is she?

  • hey mimi, i am only 23 and i already have cellulite and stretch marks on my thighs and i'm not even overweight, do you have any tips on how to get rid of cellulite and stretch marks and why they occur?

  • @MissDa255 same for me. I am even u n d e r w e i g h t (always have been, so i haven't lost lot of weight), and i also have CELLULITE and STRECH MARKS...since I'm 18 or so :/ (I'm 21 now). Why? What can we do?!

  • @MissDa255 maybe eat more protein (like chicken, fish) and do cardiovascual excersise

  • @MissDa255 I am 10 years younger than you and I am in the exact same situation.

  • @MissDa255 My sister is younger than me and is in perfect shape but she has these red stretch marks on one side of her leg. I took family studies before and I had an amazing teacher, she talked about stretch marks. There are many ways you can get stretch marks; like my sister she grew too fast in a small amount of time her body didn't take the time to grow, if you gain weight or even lose weight. So it could be you grew too fast :) use baby oil or bio-oil they help to reduce stretch marks

  • @MissDa255 So if anyone is pregnant and reading use a lot of baby oil around your tummy and hips and thighs. I heard this helps not get stretch marks or get less.

  • @MissDa255 And for the cellulite my mom told me she would do this exercise where you lie sideways and lift you leg up 20 times each leg or if its too easy add more reps, she told me it will help even and tone you out so it should eliminate the cellulite.

  • @MissDa255 I am 19 and I have cellulite and strech too !! I am not overweight either.

Make sure you use a bodylotion to hidrate your skin and avoid strech. And for cellulite, I am using a special glove, when I am having a shower and I am doing bud exercises.

    Hope I helped you a bit !

  • @MissDa255 cocoa butter? :).

  • Hi Mimi, I was wondering what nail polish you're wearing?? Thanks

  • God bless you! I love your chanel<3

  • white bread/pasta also are high on the glycemic index.

and just about everything is fine in moderation, like sweets and fat. our body needs fat!

and it's been really hard for me to eat healthy because i live in a college dorm and all i have is a microwave, so i've been steaming vegetables, eating frozen cooked chicken from the grocery store (i know, processed, bad, but i need protein!!), eggs, whole wheat pasta, and tons of spinach.

  • there's a lot of misinformation in this video. I would recommend looking at a food guide. Sugar is not a "toxin", neither is fat. Eating that little meat without finding substitutes for protein is very harmful to your body.

  • what about green tea?? :)

  • amazing you amazing video!!!

  • mimi where i live we could do juice naturally with the fruits like oranges, star fruits, cranberrys etc. could that juice be a yes to drink? because i drink alot of water but sometimes i want something sweet but not thoes high in suger juices or sodas.

  • did u guys now vitamins to solve loss hair... IM DESESPERATE!!!

  • @geraloos You probably need Iron, that's usually the vitamin that is important to solve this problem :) And Biotin (or even B-Komplex) may help your hair to be healthier and it's also important for the new hair that's replacing the hair that fell out :) I have personal experience with it and l was satisfied, just try out and you'll see :) (some other good vitamins are for example Zinc, Silicon and vitamin E :) )

  • Oh hello! Have you considered cleverous 402 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my sister lost a ton of weight with it.

  • I agree on healthy eating but every body NEEDS also fat! To eliminate all kinds of fat is not good either! Some unhealthy food means also life quality to me:-) I love going to the cinema eating popcorn and drinking a coke; maybe thats not very healthy but laying in the sun is not healthy either e.g.:-) I'm an italian we eat a lot of white bread, pasta and my father's grandma is 98 and never lived without that:-) Don't get me wrong I agree with you but I think you shoul enjoy food a bit more ;-)

  • @Immacolatina83 I think she only meant trans fat, which is terrible for you. I really don't think you can eliminate ALL fat from your diet, even fish (which she eats) has fat. Beans and nuts, that vegetarians eat intead of meat, have fat and proteins as well.

  • @Immacolatina83 omg thank you ! :D

  • @Immacolatina83 I completely agree. My grandmother is 90 and she has always been a chocolate addict and loves her food. What I find is that she eats in moderation but enjoys everything and is really focussed on her physical activity. She is extremely active, used to swim daily and takes daily walks. She just loves life! :) Everything is great in moderation.

  • Thanks for the tips! Btw, your top is gorgeous!!!

  • Mimi, do you know that you're amazing??? So know because ilove your and Leila's videeos a lot... this video was so so good... :) and all ur videos you girls are my true inspiration! :)) I have similar eating habbits! Good being healthy~!

  • I always look for healthy options at restaurants but being in college my friends are always look to go to the cheap fast food places. Do you have any tips for not giving in when going out with my friends?

  • Thank you for putting up tips for vegetarian, this is the first time I seen one.

  • You're sutch an amazing person! I eat mostly like you, since I beacame vegan it was so much easier to quit candy and other sweets. Keep making video's and inspire the world!

    Much love

  • Hi! Have you thought about cleverous 402 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cousin lost lots of weight with it.

  • Hi Mimi. This is a great video. Thank you! My husband made a great point one day: "I realize why eating lots of veggies in my diet makes me feel more alert, alive. Because when you cut a vegetable, it's still growing even when you put it in the fridge. It's still life and alive. Whereas when you cut a piece of meat, it's dead. The blood stops running and it's basically decaying when you cook it."

  • You can still eat chocolate in moderation if its dark chocolate, like around 70% cacao content.

  • apparently if you drink out of a plastic bottle is give more chances of cancer not saying you will though!

  • Thank you for sharing. I have a hard time eating healthy and i am trying so hard. It is so hard to eat healthy when i cannot stick to eating plan

  • Can you please do some healthy recipes for vegetarians? Please I am really curious as to what you guys eat and some ways I can eat better

  • im doing nutrition in high school and im loving it too! im trying to change my eating habits but i end up binging and feeling even more guilty about then i usually would because i now know how bad these things are for my body haha..any tips? but thank you so much for sharing this!!

  • Hi Mimi! This video REALLY inspired me to not only loose weight, but MAINTAIN that healthy lifestyle throughout my whole life. When I start to crave sweets (because i absolutely LOVE them :/) ...is it bad to pop in a piece of gum?

  • I just wanted to say that sugar and fat are not toxins! Toxins are poisonous substances, whereas sugar and fat are essential to your health (for your metabolism)... The reason for this comment is that there is a paranoia to fat and sugar, but the goal is moderation, not cutting all of it!

  • Can you recommend some of your favorite vegetarianism websites, blogs or books? Thanks mimi!

  • I just stumbled onto your youtube channel and I love your videos!! Thanks for your advice but I have to ask, where did you get your top? It's beautiful!

  • lawl after watching this I've been drinking water like crazy!

  • Hey Mimi, you should read this book called "Counsels on Diet and Foods" from Ellen G White, it really details about the food that should be put into your body! Hope this helps! Blessings! :)

  • @lolop93000 That book is amazing!!

  • oh man! after the first few minutes of watching this i ran and got me a glass of water haha

  • Yall should do a video of yall cooking or of a recipe!

  • I just watched this video- I absolutely love all your videos:). And I just wanted to say that I became vegan about 2 years ago now, and it was absolutely the best choice I have ever made. I'm an elite swimmer, and it was hard at first to understand how to give my body what it needed- especially with lots of people telling me it wasn't possible, etc. But I have learned so much over the past 2 years, and I know now that I could never go back. So I think you can definitely do it too, and good luck:)

  • I suggest that you read The Kind Diet if you haven't read it already! It's a great book and it might help you find more vegan options as you transition to a plant-based diet.

    xo Leia

  • What about black tea that's decaffeinated?

  • i want to be a vegetarian so badly but i love chicken :( uhh

  • @nafsika95 Same here haha. And every now and then I crave a good burger.

  • Beautiful background in this video, btw :)

  • Wow ! I Am REALLY Grateful That You Posted THis Video Because Im Actually Trying To Loose Weight And Be Healthier. I Wanna Feel Lighter And More Healthier. I Knew About Most Of The Things In This Video But I Kinda Wanna Know Whats Bad About The Plastic Bottles Because I Drink It And It Would Be Really Helpful To Know So I Could Be Healthy. Thanks Once Again For Posting This. Extrememly Helpful.

    Much Love

    XOXOXOX

  • What's the problem with plastic bottle ?!

  • Thanks Mimi and just in case u didn't knw this, coconut oil its the best 2 cook with cause even though its greasy it doesn't stay in ur arteries, doc even told me 2 take 1/2 a teaspoon instead of vitamin e cause they put a lot of junk in those commercial vitamin E and its the best oil u can cook with even better than olive oil

  • @uraznshorty ratting frozen foods is good if u talk about the nutrients but I read in a health book that it doesn't have enzymes and it's bad 4 ur intestines, they called frozen foods "dead" foods cause when u defroze them they look dead like a carrot probably has the color but it's not "alive" because it doesn't have the enzymes

  • I am just like you . I'm not overweight , I just want to eat healthier . I hope I can keep it up .

  • 0o0o0o, I learnt something new !! :D Thank you for this XP, keep it up xo

  • Can you list some of your favorite Herbal Teas?

  • @pinkpokadot07 I actually mentioned it in the Luxy Show Episode 3. It will be posted on our everything Luxy Channel in a couple of days:)

  • OMG I AM FROM COSTA RICA! i am so happy that u were here, lol, did u like it? i love your videos! you and your sister are so awesome!

  • Oh, and I ABSOLUTELY recommend you to read "Miracle of Fasting" by Paul Bragg! It changed my whole life and has pretty amazing facts ;)

  • can i ask how much you weigh & how tall you are

  • do you eat eggs or consume dairy?

  • @rendevouswithL I consume some organic dairy and organic free range eggs.

  • Hi Mimi!! Great tips, thank you !! I actually started following this path after I read the book "Skinny bitch" which is written by 2 vegan authors. It explains how bad the items you mentioned are and give very concrete examples and facts. Another good reference is Dr. Gillian Mckeith who actually wrote a book called "you are what you eat". One qtion though: how did you replace the energy you got from coffee? I cannot imagine a day without it because I need it to wake-up. How did it affect you?

  • @LOLLISARAH1 I believe it's all in our heads...I started drinking herbal teas and I LOVE'em :)

  • @EverythingLuxy Hey Mimi! You can actually enjoy chocolate, my brother is a nutritionist and he has dark chocolate (he likes 70%) because cocoa can actually be good for you as long as it's not milk chocolate

  • @LOLLISARAH1 I work with a lot of nutritionists and have talked to many doctors. They say that taking organic vitamin & mineral supplements along with your healthy eating habits should give you enough energy for your day. If you are still lacking energy, then the foods you are eating are not providing enough energy for your body. You can add more fruits & veggies to your diet, eat more complex carbs, and minimize the fats. Supplements fill in those gaps when you aren't eating enough.

  • @emvothuong That is very helpful information, thank you so much!! Very kind of you!

I will definitely look into the supplements, as I have been eating better recently and still feel I lack energy. Maybe that's the extra boost I need! :)

    Thanks again !

  • @LOLLISARAH1 You're very welcome. It's my pleasure. Just remember to look for the organic/natural supplements with phytonutrients. Those will give you the natural nutrients that your body can absorb (vs. synthetic).

  • You can also substitute pasta for zucchini pasta =]

i wish i've ate it before i tell you, but sounds good! [parents are closed minded about these things thats why]

  • Heyy Mimi, I absolutely love your video, I've tried several times to cut meat and chicken from my diet, however the only thing I find myself living on are eggs and salads, which become very boring after a while. Could you pretty please do recipes on things we can, because other than that, all I can think of is rice and noodles, and the only rice I enjoy is sushi, and if you could recommend an eating day to day, and week to week, like the proportions and how often to eat, that would be amazing!

  • great tips x

I was just wondering what did you study or major in?

  • please do more videos about eating

  • thanks for this vid! what nail polish are you wearing?

  • whats your opinion on diluted juices? like the juices you put like 5%juice n the rest water?Xxx

  • @floralface I personally prefer water or a freshly squeezed juice

  • This was very inspiring! I stopped eating red meat when I was 11, just like you, I didn't enjoy it. I still enjoy my chicken but I'm really thinking about becoming a pescatarian. I look at my father in law (who is 83), and all he eats is fish and green salads, and I swear he has more energy than a 30 yr old (i.e me, lol). He also looks like he is in his 60s, so he must be doing something right. As you, you look fab!

  • Mimi, have you heard about Mimi Kirk? She is 71 years old vegan and looks fabulous!!!

  • Ok, this is ridiculous. Just because she's a pretty girl with a sparkling personality doesn't mean she knows about nutrition. Caffeinated drinks and juice do NOT dehydrate you. Look up the article at the mayo clinic, which is a premier source of science-backed health news. Caffeine only has a diuretic effect if you consume large amounts of it — more than 500 to 600 milligrams (or 4 to 7 cups of coffee) a day.

Please do your own research. Viewers AND luxy girls.

  • @christy2u2u the diuretic effect of caffeine is dependent on what tolerance you have to it and also it's not just the caffeine but the sugar you put in the coffee (as most people do put sugar in their coffee), and the sugar in juice which does cause an overall dehydrative effect in comparison with water. i think she meant it in more of a general sense and this is true than in a purely scientific one that isolates one factor (i.e. caffeine) and is not always applicable to everyday life.

  • You're in Costa Rica!!!!! Omg how exciting. Cannot wait to see a follow me around video!

  • Mimi I loved this video and all of the healthy tips you shared with us, I will definitely consider them..I never knew that caffeine and coffee can hold the toxins in the body..do you think that causes break outs as well? I have lost around 50 pounds by the help of a food journal for 12+ months, and has helped me emmensely, by learning my eating habits and what not..I also eat every 2 hrs to speed up my metabolism. I am a size 4/5 now. I hope that helps :-)

  • Have you already uploaded the workout rutine??? I LOVE this video!!!!!!!!

  • @LiliVanBerg Not yet, but I will upload a video on How I stay Fit this week most likely:)

  • @LuxyHair Thank you so much for this I can't tell how much I love you and your channel

  • i've been vegetarian my whole life, but after I hit puberty (I'm 23 right now) my body became so "womenly" lol....I wish I could be a double 0 like you...i think my bone structure is just that way bc even after healthy eating/exercising I am still a 4 sometimes a 6 :(

  • @migustatu It's not about your size sweetie:) It's about being healthy:) If you feel great and you eat healthy and lead an active lifestyle, then you have done your best and your body will naturally reflect that;)

  • I became a pescetarian after watching this... :)

  • @bhanshee75 wow! seriously? :) that's pretty amazing. I guess you were ready for it:)

  • @EverythingLuxy Yeah, I had been thinking about it for a while and I just decided to try it....Thanks for helping me take that step!! Stay awesome. :)

  • Wooow i live in costa rica :D when i saw this video i got so excited when you said CR lol where did you visit???

  • Hi Mimi, I loved this video, and decided to drink only herbal tea and water for a week. I also shared a link to your video on YouTube in today's blog post that I called going herbal! Thank you a million! Xoxo

  • I feel so special, Im a pescatarian too <3 Usually I have to explain to everyone what that is ahhahaaaha

  • Hi Mimi, i'm struggling to keep a diet, where i'm eating healthy. But it's so hard to keep away from sugar. Although, i have no problem saying no to cake. What do you eat when you just want something sweet soo badly? (If you ever feel that way, if you don't then what would you recommend me eating when I feel that way?)

Love this vlog so much, and thank you so much for sharing tips. You're great! :) <3

  • @Juliehavenoidea Hi sweetie....cravings for sugar are natural, as it
