I just love Bailey, she's awesome. I just wished Shonda would have the backstory of when she was The Intern, now that would be much more enlightening and I think interesting than this current new interns storylines which really getting on my nerves and that include Meredith's half-sister.

Yes...but the REAL suspense is who will CRISTINA pick.....I think the attendings picking Cristina was pretty obvious...She's the most talented, qualified, and prepared resident.

We saw in the other sneak peek that the attendings chose Cristina for the solo surgery but because she's being punished for knowing about the interns practising on themselves, the Chief is making her choose who gets the solo surgery.
