A tip for the goalies in case they watch this video.....

DONT.. shift both your legs from side to side.. if u do that then the other side of the goal is free... u simply keep the right foot in the middle and the left foot to the side if u r goin to the side... same goes for the other way.. then u have to put effort into blockin the balls.. if u dont u r goin to be sore for a long time...
