Listen, everyone's got their own way of doing it. The thing I dislike is the fact of you going and saying stuff like "stop trying to reinvent recipes". Thus I'm just pointing out they're not the ones reinventing, you are.

@MademanMK I don't care what you say a standard vinaigrette is not made with olive oil, even though you can use it if you want to. I i bet ramsay is well aware of that, but he doesn't want to show us a regular recipe, he wants to make it his own, like all celebrity chefs. And how am i reinventing a recipe that's been taught to me by other chefs and is being used in every kitchen i've worked in? I certainly didn't invent it. It's a standard recipe, I'm not saying that you have to do it that way.
