I know this video is over two years old. But think about. We already have infantry brigades stationed here at home. Think about it, every state has a national guard. I remember federal troops being deployed in the US during the civil rights era. In 2009 there is every kind of wingnut imaginable in addition to religious extremists here in the US who are a threat. I am so sure that there are contingency plans for all of that. Have seen it all before. Why worry about troops policing the streets while everyone accepts being on camera in public 24/7?
