I'm still looking for someone who liked "The Anomalies", another great book by Joey Goebel. It seems like no one is talking about it and it's one of my favourite books.
This is one of the best and honest books I've ever read. Despite in some way all the true facts about the machinery of the music industrie, I think it tells you so much about life within all the pain and suffering.
Thanks for posting this. I always like seeing what other people think about my favourite books.
There's something about you that I like watching. I like your out takes too. That book seems kind of depressing but I guess the author meant that an artist can get inspiration from hardship?
lol that's not a book I think of as a gift. That "never be happy" stuff in the beginning sounded like whomever wrote that wanted to get some people to attempt suicide. It's always interesting to hear of different aspects on life though so for the most part I'm now interested.
it is a marvellous book:)

I like this book, too. I think I read it sometime last year... I chose it after reading The Anomalies. It's inspirational, indeed.

I have that book too!
It is very good but I don't think its a book that will be liked by too many people really
You know how the book is written, and its very well not exactly in a common form
But I like it.

The Anomalies was the first book i read and its what got me to want to read Torture, I would like to get Common Wealth soon just need some bank.
I think the best thing about Joey Goebels writing is he has some of the best opening lines for his books that i've ever read.
"It wasn't easy simultaneously mending six billion broken hearts, but i managed."
Totally got my attention.

see this book is kinda sad sometimes yes, is isn't sad at all.
you have to read it to know what I mean.
the story is pretty innovative interesting.
you know the main concept of the story is
creativity thru suffering.
So there is a school wich educates artists.
This artists get managers and the managers make their artist suffer(in a psychological way) so they'll keep creative.
The first thing I've read out of this book
was a letter of the main persons manager
but the book has a lot of heart also
