i think its funny how everybody is crying about the call but no spurs fan wants to remember the play before that when fisher shot the ball an it hit the rim then went out of bounds on robert horrys leg..an instead of giving the lakers a fresh 24 shot clock like they were suppose to they didnt it was only like 5 seconds on the clock so if the official MADE THAT CALL WE WHOULDNT BE TALKING ABOUT THIS

No, it was NOT a foul, now had he went up for a shot and forced contact on an attempted shot, then yes, there would have been a foul. Barry decided to move around Fisher which is in violation of the shooter because you have to allow the defender to land in his respective position. Barry should have jumped and went into Fish or attempted a shot. It is then known as generalized contact and was the correct decision. That is why Coach Poppovich did NOT argue the call.

the shot clock should have reset by the way on fishers shot, it grazed the rim, kobe should have been shooting free throws, and brent barrys attempt should have been voided anyway, so everything just balanced out...
