  • His blocks are just poetry in motion... Dwight Howard may hit the ball with power but it's like Mourning has a 6th sense on where it's gonna go, just crazy.

  • man I remember Zo going down against The Hawks, I beleive that was his final game.

  • Good Mix, "God" Player & Nice Music

  • When I was a kid I was not watching the NBA. I wonder who's better: Karl Malone or Alonzo Mourning?

  • this is back in the day when 7'0 centers acually played the post and were judged on the post moves.

  • i'm to young to remember the in his prime alonzo mourning, but i do remember watching him towards the end of his career and i used to love watching him,an amazing shot blocker/rebounder very possable the biggest warrior in the history of the nba,i mean for goodness sakes he torn his acl to end his career and he still would not go off on the strecher,an amazing strong presents and man,god bless you alonzo mourning, thumbs up to you man.

  • Zo...greatest warrior and dunk-blocker of all times. Nobody deserved the title more than him.

  • 2011 Miami Heat needs player like Alonzo...

  • @Dwaynegro hell yeah, man I remember when Big Zo was still kinda young with Hardaway, Leonard, Brown and Thunder Dan, that was a bangin squad if Wade LBJ and Bosh had a Zo, The championship would be our's for the better part of the next decade

  • Like a blind man reading im feeling it boom! Here comes the boom!

  • 3:04 eat that one Yao, I'm tired of getting blocked by you in NBA 2k11, your character doesn't even jump, damn.

  • at 0:30, wasnt that shaq?

  • @bakyo07 hard to say ... it seems so! but i mean to see the number 33 on the shirt when i stop the video at 0:30. On the other side Shaq had the 32 ... ;)

  • @bakyo07 No it's Zo. That is a clip of Zo blocking Vince Carter when VC was with the Nets. There is another video of just that clip here on youtube. just search alonzo mourning blocks vince carter and you'll see the whole play.

  • nasty

  • A combo of the "04" Defensiveness of Ben Wallace, the Intensity of Kevin Garnett and the post moves Moses Malone....

  • I miss '90, today NBA is too soft!!! Today Teams has no chance, with 90 teams

  • LOL @ Sideshow FLOP getting beasted by 'Zo.

Also, his blocking is so fundamental. No need to swat shots away when you can direct it towards your teammates.

  • GREAT VID!!! HE S JUST FEROCIOOOOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUS

  • GREAT VID!!!

  • @ 0:28 it's shaq

  • @charlesnba23 no it's not, if you pause it just right you'll see good old number 33.

  • it pleasures me so greatly to watch MJ embarrass the shit out of this guy.

  • @TheAssgas MJ embarrassed every1 tho. this guy was all about pure shot blocking prowess.

  • @3:41 VERAJAO FAIL

  • poor arenas...zo is BEASTIN

  • I wish Zo would come back for just 1 more year.win a title with Miami and ride off into the sunset.

  • This is my favorite player, he blocked anything in his path

  • zo zo zo

  • what is the name of the song at the end of the video?

  • Zo is the legend

  • No easy points with a guy like that under the hoop. Every team needs at least one player like that - paqssionate, hard and relentless - a true leader.

  • Mahh Namess Alonzoo!

  • Excellent video. What's the name of the song?

  • One thing about Mourning was he had a go at very ball, got posterized but yet still came back at ya.Great player in is prime and hard ass worker.

  • 3:06 is the funniest shit ever. he killed everyone

  • where is he now

  • retired

  • when ppl tried to dunk over zo, it's like running into a wall lol, they were just like BAM, stopped

  • The block against Arenas is INSANE! Zo Legend!

  • Ferocious. Absolutely Ferocious. This is what Dwight Howard should aspire to be.

  • at 0:30 it's shaq! lol anyway, Zo rules

  • I only remember he always was posterized by Vince Carter all the time~

  • then you're a bitch,zo was a beast durning the 90's,and if you only remember zo getting dunked TWICE then you're a bitch

  • SHOOT BLOCK MOTHA FUCKAS LOL

  • Olajuwon > O'Neal

    Jabbar > Olajuwon

    Russel > Jabbar

    Chaberlain > Russel

  • Awesome song. What's its name?

  • Hey chill, guys, Webber and Mourning were both great, no need to fight over it.

  • ZO is a legend!!!

  • i love this man. always remember his blocks in the finals. one of my fav players ever

  • ditto! this man was a beast.....all the way down to work ethic!

  • great shot blocker

  • a true star in my eyes.....much respect to Zo..

  • what you mean Alonzo did way more than Chris Webber. an plus Lonzo gota ring.

  • he got a ring coming off the bench...he never led a team out of the first round of the playoffs

  • Actually status, Zo led the Heat to the Eastern Conference Finals in 97.

  • you dnt have to led a team to play a big important role. the heat probably wouldnt have won in the 1st place if the didnt have zo with all that blocking, strong power off the bench.

  • Actually he lead his team out of the first round 3 times, and once to the ECF's...and his first time was his first year as a rookie, when he won the series himself with a game winning shot...He also had 8-6-5 in the 6th game of the finals.

You don't even know what your talking about

  • neither r HOFers.

  • i know...but chris is closer to being one than alonzo

  • maybe

  • What has Chris webber done that Zo hasn't?

Webber was an allstar 5 times, an NBA first teamer 1 time, 2nd teamer 3 times, 3rd teamer 1 time...That is suprisingly it...

Zo was a 7 time allstar, a 2 time DPoY, 2 time DToY selection, 1st team all NBA once, and 2nd team all NBA once...And lets not forget the ring he helped Miami win...In a series he did more than Shaq in, and had 5 blocks in the final game that the Heat won by 3...He only has 1,000 less points, and 1,000 less rebounds, too

  • And unlike Webber Mourning battled through a career threatening (And also a life threatening) complication that not only lost him about 5 seasons, and took him out of his prime which was about 20-10 and 3 BPG...He was told he'd never play again and he came and became the best backup C in the NBA, still was the NBA's best shot blocker, and actually started 43 games in 06-07...He could really be playing right now...Not to mention all the charitable work he's done...He's a HOF'er in my mind.

  • Whats song sounds? I like it, it's really nice.

  • It's "Here Comes the Boom" from Nelly ..Soundtrack from "The Longest Yard"

  • TRUE GREAT!!!!

  • Best dunk blocker eva!

    Zo is da legend!

  • Beautiful black man.....soooo sexy! Ha Ha. Wow....so hot!

  • alonzo is a legend is the MAN ZO thanks you is my best player forever THANKS MISTER

  • dwight howard replace him in shot blocking. isn't it? :-)

  • zo is what the nba needed he was such a monster at center and had that had the determination and he was feared and the thing i was looking at even tho he did have a allstar type season in the last few years his career avg in points is 17.1 which is tight hall of fame here u come zo

  • charlotte hornetts noooooo!!!!!

  • Cool video. Alonzo Mourning is one of the greatest centers of all time. A definite Hall of Famer.

  • well,he's offically retired.

  • wonder the same, what's the name ?:)

  • whats the name of this song and where can i find it?

  • i miss ZO!!

  • My top five centers of the 90s:

    Hakeem Olajuwon

    Shaquille O'Neal

    Patrick Ewing

    David Robinson

    Alonzo Mourning

  • May I ask why you rate Ewing higher than Robinson? Both personal and team accomplishments say David hands down. By the way, face to face the Admiral had the upper hand most of the times

  • ElephantRage: Sorry, I wasn't listing them in order, although I do like Ewing more. DRob's one of my favorite players but I was a bigger Ewing fan when I was younger. It's just a preference, really. To be honest, I'd have to agree that Robinson was better.

  • He should get his jersey retired as a Miami Heat and should be in the Hall of Fame!

  • zo is the man

  • i love ZO!!!

  • Not even 7 feet tall, but still on of the best ceneters ever.

  • love this guy! can block every dunker out there, i'd like to see him block lebron or kobe! although im a laker fan. :D that would add another great block to Zo's collection.

  • Zo, a kidney transplant recipient too.

  • I LOVE THIS VIDEO!!

  • i love alonzo. too bad for age and injuries

  • one of my favorite player.

he plays with a lot of heart and determination

injuries just plagued him from being dominant

    ZO is a warrior!!

  • as much as i hate ZO's style of ballin, i understand his legendary status and more so appreciate his off court demeanor. community man. plus, he handed pat ewing his resignation papers... im thankful for that

  • name of song at very start?

  • Fatboy Slim - Right Here, Right Now

  • thanks

  • whats the name of the song at the very start?

  • Good Job.

  • this song goes with the video very nice job

  • when shaq was injured he played like an all star

  • Zo is a real WARRIOR.ALL THE RESPECT FROM MY SIDE :) GO GO GO ZO ZO ZO ZO !!!

  • whats the name of the song at the very beggining?

  • lol everybody is falling

  • at his height, he has to be tough and strong to play center, and that's exactly wut he is

  • Amazing player. Definitely right there next to Ewing.

  • I love ZO!! He'll always remain the heart and soul of the Heat. Hope he comes back next year!

  • It is touched to watch him won a ring

  • SICK video

  • Future HOF

  • Greatest Shot Blocker EVER! I really happy that he came back and won a ring

  • Ohhhhh, thank you man, very nice video )

  • The one True, Real Player! a Warrior! my favourite player..

  • zo mourning in my heart lets go heat

  • Zo? Come to Boston please.

  • lol

  • One of my problems with these mix tapes is that whoever makes them usually only put clips from one team. I would rather see some of Alonzo's dunks as a Hornet. There wasnt one clip of him as a Hornet. Lame.

  • Yea I agree with this guy this is a good mix but i'd like to see Zo when he was a hornet.

  • whats the song?

  • best blocker ever

  • 2:35 ?

  • Alonzo in my opinion is one of the greatest Centers of all time and at barley standing 6 foot 10 hes a real beast. He is also a kind hearted and generous man. I was so happy for him when he got his Championship ring. He is also the greatest Heat players of all time hands down.

  • Damn what a beast!!! i'm glad he got his championchip ring!

  • What the F#ck?? - I cant find the Jeff van gundy holding on to his leg thing on youtube,.. that sucks!

  • what a warrior! kidney transplant and still dominated the paint. unbelievable

  • zo the bosss !!!

  • Man I'm going to miss watching Zo. He is definitely in my top three favorite all time players. When the Heat won the championship, that was great to watch, I was literally only rooting for the Heat for Alonzo to get the ring he deserved.

  • He'll be back. The Game aint the same without him. Inspiring-- on and off court.

  • i love this player and his my favorite since 1992.and i wont forgat him

  • zo!!!

  • nba needs more man like him

  • nba needs more man like him

  • only 2 ppl dunked on him consistently jordan and VC others tried but to no avail

  • nice vid i wish he played for tha nets stl how tall iz he ???

  • I like Alonzo and his defensive plays...nobody cares about defensive anymore in the NBA now days...that's gay, Alonzo should be a true all star

  • Zo has been my favorite player since his charlotte hornet days. I ve never seen anyone play with so much intensity. they dont make centers like this anymore and this brand of centers will be missed

  • It's a shame how his career had to end with the Heat on a shit streak and with an injury. I was so happy for him when the Heat won the championship. The Heat are nothing without Zo

  • Apart from when he went down injured

He had aged oh so much better than Shaq

  • imagine if shaq had half the heart that zo had, he would still be dominant. let's go zo!

  • lastima k este krak se alla tenido k retirar.

    aupa miami ta zo!!!!!

    oier desde agurain,araba.

  • he is nba best center ever

  • Give 12 midgets the heart of Alonzo Mourning and they will win the NBA title. This man literally risks his life every time he plays basketball, and until he got injured was STILL one of the best players in the NBA

  • it suks krazy cuz his careers over if the heat dont make the playoffs or if he retires next season

  • HE IS A BEAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I hope alonzos career aint over

  • ZO, ZO, ZO!!!!!!!

  • i like that fight with varejao from the cavs

  • what a warrior! a warrior with a ring

  • he's past his prime, plays with 1 kidney, takes like 20 pills, and yet he is still the top 5 best center in the league behind Dhoward, yao, shaq, and caman. if everyone played with his intensity and love for the game....

  • zo is the best blocker in history with Shaq.heat 4 ever

  • Here comes the boom - Nelly -
