A nice interview, but the lady hosting the discussion was just awful. She was totally out of her element. She didn't understand a word he was saying, and couldn't come up with a single question. She was an American version of the kind of people this man has railed against his whole life. Thank you for posting the interview.
The only thing I disagree here with Bukovsky was the decline of Empire for Britain. True, the age of imperialism is dead (at least for the time being) if you discount America as an Empire (which it is in all but name), but the rapid decline of Britain's Empire was detrimental to the national morale of this country. And look at how badly some the on African countries are faring under their own independence (Rhodesia/Zimbabwe springs to mind).
