You guys have 10 F****ing paintball companies that helped utilize a loophole in SB798 so that this bill wont affect paintball. Hooray for you guys right? Well i thought so too, when i looked at the list of lobbyists. 10 major paintballs distributors are advocating for the passing of SB798... Seriously? there is nothing paintball can for airsoft.

They want all BB, Airsoft, and "spot marking guns" to be one solid bright color. How does a color matter? Just because the gun is pink, doesn't mean it can't shoot. This bill is asinine. An Orange marker can do just as much damage as a black one. As I said, cops don't care what he gun's color is, aim it and they aim back.

I believe they shoot a .43 calibre paintball to keep the guns realistic with smaller bored barrels. Keep in mind that I am against this, but I can see where the opposition is coming from. People will pay top dollar to acquire a 1:1 scale replica of a real firearm that can be easily misidentified and some sort of incident happened.
