Nice way to honor our troops Milner. This unit shipped off to Iraq last month for their second tour. They lost two soldiers on their last tour from an IED attack on their patrol.

Heh, reminds me of my last MOUT exercise with the Aussies. A bunch of Assies were with us n JOTC (for slating our training, Aussies compete vigorously ofr a slot in either our NTC, or JOTC. Not only did they fail miserably in their marksmanship, they did what we specifically asked them not to do. They tore the place up. These are reservists SOE, weekend soldiers, cut em some slack.

Good video, but the youth of these reservists is a bit suprising, coming from Canada, our military is quite middle-aged. The first looks nary a year over 15! Anyway, pb has dozens of limitations for training, considering the majority infantry engagments begin at 350 yards, vs 40yrds as maximum paintball range. And many of them weren't being very mindful of thier angles...

2/stick your head from behind cover ONLY once in taken spot.more than that you will get a headshot.
3Use overwatch when on the move(one at a time for you civilian mofos).

You have a point, they should use rap4 markers... but they're more expensive than the tippy mod's they've got there and I can't vouch for their quality, although I assume they're pretty darn good.

australia does actually use paintball to train, although they use airsoft, it is a good training exercise, a load of fun while learning how people react when it turns to custard, i think you should care what australia thinks, seeing as they are one of the best in the world at what they do. good vid, wish i was there

Decent training, though it's hard to understand some of the dialog. Wish there was more mout, but the training was more convoy ops and security, not room clearing. Sim Rounds are more fun. :)

yea i agree...another thing that people dont get is, in america you can join the army reserve at 16..which means you do bootcamp like other inlisted soldiers. only difference is you dont deploy until you are 18. these guys have to work on flanking and other battle tactics..im gald those paintballs were not real bullets..alot of those guys would have died...

yea, i agree w/ USMC, and also, they deffinantly arnt trying their absolute hardest in this video. its easy to just go crazy and do stupid stuff when its just a fun game of paintball. lots of stuff they did over the weekend were most likely something they would never do in real life

Heh, reminds me of my last MOUT exercise with the Aussies. A bunch of Assies were with us n JOTC (for slating our training, Aussies compete vigorously ofr a slot in either our NTC, or JOTC. Not only did they fail miserably in their marksmanship, they did what we specifically asked them not to do. They tore the place up. These are reservists SOE, weekend soldiers, cut em some slack.

Good video, but the youth of these reservists is a bit suprising, coming from Canada, our military is quite middle-aged. The first looks nary a year over 15! Anyway, pb has dozens of limitations for training, considering the majority infantry engagments begin at 350 yards, vs 40yrds as maximum paintball range. And many of them weren't being very mindful of thier angles...
