Of course the children are the ones who pay the highest price to CPS. Over 40 percent of the child abuse deaths in 1995 involved children previously known to the authorities. While incompetent and corrupt caseworkers are exploiting innocent families with an abuse of power for greed, tens of thousands of other children suffer serious injuries short of death while under child protective agency supervision.

They have been trying to take my kids for years on false allegations and every thing has been unfounded until a month ago when my 2 year old wondered off from me and they pounced on that and are trying anything they can to take my 4 kids. They are even looking into my childhood records and running background checks on my family who don't even live with me. I messed up 1 time and 7 1/2 years and now they think they can try and take my kids. I still have custody but I don't know for how long.

@whistleblowers100 I'm still under investigation. CPS handed the case over to a private company called KVC. My 5 year old son who is in Kindergarten this year has missed 10 days of school from being sick from the stomach flu, 2 colds, and bronchitis. Nebraska's new truancy law doesn't excuse days missed due to illnesses, so I believe that I will find myself going to court soon over that. With this new truancy law in Nebraska there has been a major incrase in kids being taken from parents.
