Fab update, lovely onions :0) I start feeling a bit sad now as everythings slowing down...but then it won't be long til we're preparing for next spring...I got the 1/2 plot sorted now, managed to chuck a few things in for end of summer and some experiments for over winter, love it, like my shed at the bottom of the garden where the worlds concerned!! ha ha
Next year my veg garden is going to be just as attractive and well organised as yours. I said that this year, and last, and still failed. But, I have to aspire to something so next year it's definitely on.
Quite sad thinking about the summer coming to an end. This is my first year as an allotment plot holder and although I'm happy with what I've had, I know there's lots more I could be trying.
With any luck and a bit of inspiration from your videos, next year should hopefully be even more productive and more fun too.
Awesome garden Dan. Plenty of everthing right now, and all looking good. Love the tomatoes, beautiful clusters. Arghh... you have whiteflies ! Despicable critters ! Good luck in the show mate ! :-)
have never been able to grow onions or leeks. I have enjoyed watching your videos. Here in S. Texas we have been around 50 days of 100+ weather and watching ur videos reminds me that there is still gardening to be had in the world even if mine is dried up and burning :)
Looking forward to those exhibition carrots/parsnips. Can you remember the names of them? I might have a go myself next year
