  • where did u find the tabs? and if u played it by ear, could u make tabs pls? ^^

  • @Serjo777 You can find tabs in the Allan Alexander book, "Medieval Music for Mandolin Vol 2". It's a bit basic, but you can figure out how to ornament on your own. Those books are a really great resource to get started, BTW.

  • You're into medieval german music (and general folky stuff, assuming from your favourites) AND you wear a Lucas Arts T-Shirt?

Holy Fuck, are you my long lost twin, or something? :-D

Seriously, I love your attempt there. Do you, by any chance, know the german band "Corvus Corax"? On their early albums they perform almost "clean" medieval music (as opposed to, say, In Extremo), and among it also "Meie Din Lihtershin" (the spelling varies, as there weren't any clear-cut "rules" back then).

  • Poking around your favorites, it does seem that we share an overlap of interests :)

Yes, I have heard of Corvus Corax. I found them when they contributed to the background music of Gothic III, acutally.

Wolgemut plays a version of this song as well (I first heard it at the Ren Faire here in Maryland), but I don't remember the name they attach to it.

  • Dang you're sexy. I like the way you twang the strings, playa ;P
