Here's what I want in the next patch...

The ability to tweak the sackboys jumping physics and speed, so that you could make some LBP levels where sackboy movies with the speed of Sonic, or the precise jumping controls of Super Mario World.

the ability to create actually enemy characters with their own AI

the abilty to use the KB and mouse to make levels.
