It's called Color Design Sensational Effects Eye Shadow. Unfortunately I don't think you can buy the quad by itself. I got mine in a promo sample bag Lancome was giving when you spent more than fifty dollars. You can find it on ebay, sometimes, though. The four colors in the quad are Honeymoon, Mannequin, Impress and Lezard.

If you want a glossy looking lip stick, I really reccomend the $.99 Wet N' Wild lip stick from CVS or Walgreens, because they're VERY frosty and come in beautiful colors!
