You can use the "HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool" to convert a USB into a MAX drive. You still need the Action Replay MAX CD though. Once you get that, use the aforementioned format tool, put the CD in the PlayStation 2, and plug in the USB to the PlayStation 2.

Here is how you do it for Xbox 360. Most likely you are using a newer computer with Windows Vista! This means you have turn off the UAC controls! Open control panel, open “User Accounts”, the option “turn User Account Control on or off” is the second option under “Change your picture”. Restart your computer and then retry the steps in this Vid! You're good to go!

I just bought this game on Ebay because it wasnt at my local Gamestop, for 5.00 Bucks.

However, i want to play with the newest Rosters and Franchises, from 2010.

I know i can do that, but my question is, am i going to have to buy this " Action Replay Max Drive " as well?, cant i do this file transferring with my plain jane 1GB flash Drive?.

I just want to know if im going to have to spend an additional 20.00 Bucks on this device, just to get the Rosters ...-_-.

@blizzy00 I don't think ps2 is able to read regular flash drives.

However, it MIGHT work with the Action Replay, but I'm not sure.

Since I don't have the money to buy the max drive, I'm gonna try to update it by hand...

It's probably gonna take me a couple of days of hard work, but I don't have anything better to do anyway.

This is awesome and know I got my 2011 roster on NFL 2k5, but I'm actually more of a diehard madden 05 and NCAA 06 fanboy is anyone making roster updates for those games on either the ps3 or xbox 360? Please don't hate I have much respect for 2k and wish they could still make NFL games. I just personally enjoy Madden 05 and most of all NCAA 06 because college has a larger variety of teams.

@MrGreenday1209 Theres a limit on how many players you can create and edit in the game....the guys that do the rosters on the site bypass something in the game to fully update them

well yes. but. u need the disk called action replay. then plug the usb into ur ps2. go to memory on the disk. it's called memory or smthing like that. and transfer the file from ur usb to memory card. i didint explain it perfectly but tht the general explenation. so if u have a specific question just ask me. pm me or reply.

w8 it works you just need a flash drive and win rar you downloa it to the flashdrive from win rar and put in ps3 go to the flash drive and press triangle and copy the roster to the ps2 slot on the ps3 simple
