roddick deserved this one so much more. also "sad" for federer that his historical 15. grand slam was one where he actually was not the better player on the field. he won through roddick's nerves and lack of experience in decisive moments of a slam final. of course, roger won't care in the end, he won fair. but i felt so bad for roddick, it seemed like the most important game of his career, his last chance for a slam, he played for his life and lost it. since then, his career has gone downhill.

I love the fact that Roger won and broke the record at his most favorite event. However, my heart truly goes out to Andy. The guy played his heart out and left everything out there on the court and came up a bit short. That was a true heartache.
