Funny, they cover FARC as if it's a legitimate group, not an assassin, drug dealer, terrorist group. And although Arab they keep the Anglo-Saxon habit of calling America: "Western Hemisphere", uhg.
No dumbass, it takes guts to bring to sides in war to talk to each other andto make a compromise for ecxhange of humans. soembody with a brain size of a chicken could make a comment like you did, otherwise you are just a stupid redneck or maybe just stupid
Que? " bastard criminal" Hugo???? What laws has he broken??? I recommend that You check Your head Hugo is just showing FARC that they have already won their War against the criminal Governments that they have fought for so long. Hasta la victoria siempre! {Ever onward to victory}
It's simple. Hugo Chavez is trying to take the leadership of latin america anti-american faction.
As the Colombia war against FARC is financed by the US, the president Chavez is the person who the FARC want to intermediate the issue for the anti-US policies.
Maybe a sceptical view would posit Chavez as throwing his High Profile, Left Wing weight around. A more realistic view might suggest that this simply an example of one Nation utilising their position or their perceived power to help another.
