@AirlanggaRI In fsx there is no passenger you can see. This is a tutorial of ground operations of HOW to get passengers :)., If you want to see passengers I would recommend maybe an add on to fsx :)

@balravens5227 when you choose airport, there will be an option at the down right corner where it says ACTIVE RUNWAY, click on it and then you can choose which gate you want :) I maybe will do an update for this video with all answers on the question on this :)

@codycress3035448 you have to turn your graphics settings to ultra high, or else the jetways wont show up and then try big airports, if you want to make sure to have a jetway take airports like: Heathrow, Frankfurt Main, Amsterdam etc.

@DarkwerefoxRed The default boeing can only do that but with the A321 you can open many doors. Watch my other video with the A321 to see to see it

@anakbandungsejati Idont know. Maybe you are in wrong aircraft. The easiest aircraft is B737. Or you maybe press wrong because you get the radio when you press shift +2 . You must press shift + E and then fast press 2

@Joserey0908 ok, there is some options. 1. Make sure you are near and in position to the jetway (if you dont see any jetway go to settings and put your graffics on ultrahigh and that you are on a big airport). 2. when you click on control = j you must push control first, hold it down and then push j, keep both control and j down for maybe 30 seconds otherwise the jetway will move back. If u dont understand what i mean or if its not working, comment again and i will help you! :)
