When I was a young teen in the early 80's my friends and I were on are bikes miles out in the middle of no where when a funnel cloud appeared lucky for us it never touched the ground but it sure got close . peace out from the 80's kid.
I remember the worst hailstorm ever to hit Pretoria, the capital of the old Transvaal, in November 1949 - as I mentioned, hailstones the size of tennis balls, and that day it caused millions and millions of £ (Pounds) damage - roofs warped, broken windows, cars battered - my father had just got home when it broke and he quickly ran out to put the car in the garage when hailstone hit him on the head, almost knocking him out, but he was ok afterwards...
Starfield 1959, are these pics photoshopped, or are they real? I've seen some monsters in my time here in my home country, South Africa, that scare the living daylights our of you. Not so much on the coast, but inland in the region known as the "HIGHVELD." I have witnessed the sky - or rather - the clouds turn into an eerie, almost shimmering greenish colour and when that happens, it means hail - and not your 'common or garden variety' of hail, but monsters the size of tennis balls....
@Starfield1959 its no split screen effect. The photo was originally created by combining photos. You could never get a scene that big in one photo. So you take photos from the whole scene, and then combine them in software, like autostitch for example. So there is no effect. its an original scene. I have done it many times, and sometimes, when the program is combining photos, you can get "glitches" like this, if you don't take picture in a similar line or if you tilt you camera too much.
These photo's are not fixed. Become a storm chaser and youl be thinking differently of these photos. If you live in an area that doesn't get this supercell stuff, then maybe i can see why you think its fraud
what is the music? i feel like i've heard at least part of it before, in connection with a trailer maybe...its killing me, please let me know ASAP. and nice compilation, just further inspires me to get out and see the wonders of our world
look at pic #6 0:35 ... See it? Lightning and tornado. The horizons don't line up. ok.

Stunning cloud formations!
@TheUsmc29
Good catch. That is really a unique cloud formation. It really looks like one with the mouth open showing the teeth. :-)

@Starfield1959 The photos are maybe "fixed" a bit, but otherwise, the storms come as good as you see them here. :)
