  • The meat I will agree is amazing. He's total correct you don't need fillet for tar tar.

    The once thing I will disagree on is there should never be mayo in a tar tar. The simple and less dressed the better.

  • @bellyboy22 I agree you don' t NEED Fillet, but I prefer it. And NO mayo in tartare. But for sure Cornichons & french mustard.

  • Honestly, must be hard to taste the meat with all those additions...
