Or how about one of those John Deere tractors to plow up the field... I suppose we should go back to having Oxen pull a blade, or better yet, get out there with your hoe and do the field by hand and enjoy your "family values".
Huckfoly, learning to be self-sufficient & productive (ie NOT LAZY) are moral values that should be taught be the family as should Not being a burden to your society or neighbors. Tha's beneficial to everyone & healthy. Vice & laziness are crippling to initiative & an unnecessary drain to finances. Saying all luxuries are evil is taking smcgregor72's comment out of context. ok...i could make the same argument for you going to jiffylube to get your oil changed, getting your hair cut, or going to a restaurant. these are all services, just like a robot lawn mower. i work hard twelve hour shifts so i can skip all of these things. please tell me, what is the difference in paying a human to do these things vs. a robot. nothing.
