This isn't hard to get at all. I recommend trying to get this achievement on a Challenge map, Chapter 3 - Ricochet. Map is exactly the same as in Single Player, and you have a timer down so you can know if you are doing good or bad. And word of advice, in chalenge mode, even if the timer starts when you leave the elevator, the achievement counting starts when you enter the Test Chamber door, so you have 80 seconds or 1:20 on the timer to get this. Cheers.

This was an extremely fun achievement to get. Don't complain about it only being 30g on xbox, try playing Limbo in one sitting and die 5 times or less. It's a very difficult achievement and only awards you 10g. You can't save and come back to it later or load from a save point. :P

After you land on the ledge and grab the cube change the portal you shot out of on the opposite wall and position it at the foot of the wall to your left in front of the faith plate. Fall down through the portal in the pit and you'll land right on the faith plate. Once you block the lazer, jump off and shoot a portal in the floor below you, opposite of your faith plate portal. Again you'll land on the faith plate and shave off seconds of walking time.
