I was ten years old then, and let me tell you.....that strike SUCKED. No NFL football for eight (8) consecutive weeks. And that ridiculous playoff tournament that was created for that season which included more than half of the NFL teams, including some who finished below .500. What playoff game you got to see depended on what part of the country you lived in (No Direct TV's NFL Sunday Ticket back then!).
@SFFOOL76 I will be boycotting the NFL for awhile if they go on strike. Anyone making over a six-figure income doesn't need to be bitching about how rough they have it, especially when people earning $8/hr selling cokes at the games will be the ones who suffer if the rich folks go on strike.
