The Cowboy CD was the best work they ever did. It's amazing that the idiots at itunes dont have it available! I used to have this when it first came out and loved every song on it!

Shouldn't the second line be : "This old romantic down at heel" ?
"Down at Heel" meaning : Worn out, neglect; dilapidated.
It's a chiefly British saying. In America I guess we'd say "down at the heel" (same meaning though).
It fits the rhyming scheme also. Feel and heel.
