I believe this song was a "outtake" from the 1977 lp You Know Who You Are. It's a same this was left off,as it's another classic example of Nick at his late '70's best.
IF You Know Who You Are EVER gets released on cd,they SHOULD add this as a bonus track!
"a great forgotten song from the past" i must admit that even though i'm a big Nick Gilder fan, i'd never heard this one before! Hopefully someone will publish some more of his forgotten/ hidden/ new gems soon!

I remember this song was played on the radio in Edmonton for awhile, along with Here Comes the Night and Hot Child in the City. Yeah I'm old too.

@57memorylanedj I grew up next door to his manager. To my knowledge this never
appeared on any album. I was given the sample 45 and all his albums. I remember when they were
discussing having this as a single but they went with "Here Comes The Night" I think.
