@peppercannister The problem is that Browne, if elected, would have minimal speaking oppertunities. I do agree with you though. Probably Browne is more effective out of the Dail, with his own show.

The Fianna Fail guy - have a listen, he actually just waffles on and says nothing that is of any value to anyone. I've noticed him doing this a few times when he's interviewed - probably why he got into politics I guess!!!

But I can't believe that 70+ Irish citizens are consistently and willingly screwing their own country. I don't think Fianna Fáil are all traitors, just misguided. Ignorance is often the worst crime of all.
@spoonslap He was the only journalist I know of who consistently questioned Ahern during the last election about his tribunal evidence, his show is doing very well in a late night slot forcing RTE to compete in the late night news slot. RTE could easily had put him into an 11pm slot on RTE 2 in similar format
