I can't blame you for enjoying this sort of music if you like it. I'm just saying it's ALL THE SAME. Those boring compressed drums, the "bad ass attitude" guitar sound... You hear these teenage wannabes every day on american talkshows, crap shows in general. Those false screaming harmonies, not talking about their singing now but the music style in general. They don't even try to sound different. I can give you a million examples if you like. Just ask for it.

if you actually listen to The Material's own music, its really good and pretty unique. i reccomend u listen to their own stuff b4 you judge one of their covers.

as for the cover, it was really good by them, but yea its the same old thing you hear from punk bands.

Honestly the only thing that makes them stand out from each other is their song lyrics. I like this sort of music and i guess it's a good thing that i like thier sound. The lyrics are the heart of the song.

Here voice is pretty but it has its ups and downs and it kind of wavers when she holds a note. Still a great cover though.
