@titanium1228 depends, xterra is offroad, so you can almost lose yourself in the views and surroundings, it's almost more mental, but you also use a wider range of stabilisation muscles for the run and bike, ironman is tougher on the joints as it is on road, but as jackie chan once said about comparing him and bruce lee " we are completely different, he puch arghhhh, i punch wahh funny, completely different" you cant really compare the 2
