She is totally covered. that 'big gray thing' is not a nipple. if you take the time to look up Chelese Belmont, and look at the facebook images. Shes totally covered but it *is* body paint and maybe some kind of latex. Ergo, the nude unsupported movement but shes covered. @666jayare i just saw this on tv and had to take a closer look. you're absolutely right. when she dives in the water you can see her nipple is more like a solid gray they probably tried to make look like a giant scale. it's too difficult to notice on live tv so geico got away with this one.
