  • you can't digest the corn you speak of unless it's broken down by lie prepping.

  • Note to camera crew. That fire is too noisy.

  • There are many recipes out there as many tribes have their own way of making it. Most tribes dont use flat bread or flour based food... infact they use dried bone marrow, in the south west they use corn. But long term use is not recomended usless you are American Indian. Our metabolism is far different than other races... as we do not need as many nutrients and vitamins for long term survival and our bodies store fat far differently, Samoans have this trait also but they need nutrients.

  • I have had authentic pemmican with bannock made by some native girls, you have to be really hungry to appreciate it.

  • Unless you have been eating it all your life... then you jump at the chance to eat it... JUST LIKE PUPPY!.... YOUD BE SUPRISED HOW SWEET DOG MEAT IS!

  • I have a question. Would it be better to cook the parched corn in a cooking vessel like a heavy bottomed high sided large saute or frying pan?

  • Thank you for the information, I'm going to try this asap. I'm also going to subscribe.
