  • Just finished day 1 but without watching video because my form doesn't slow cpus during weekends..., and it want that great. No nutrition plans or anything. Just workout. It sucks man. I can't even do any ab ripper x! Help? Need coach?

  • i disagree at 5:40-6:03 u dont need supplements to get full results. eating right and workout.. thats it

    You will need to get protein and some other stuff within an hour after you have done a workout. And most people dont feel like making food right after or you cant take food to the gym.

  • @Blokheadz You atleast need multi-vitamin to fill the nutritional gaps

  • @Blokheadz true, but, from about 5:58 on, he goes on to explain how the metabolism works, and why taking certain suppliments within an hour after your workout makes sense.
