  • WHERE CAN I GET ONE??

  • i can do barely do 5 bands and i can dunk im almost jumping off vertical maybe at 6 i will

  • would it be a good idea to use

jumpsoles while using the squat flex at the same time?

  • that was a nice dunk in the begiining by the white guy

  • Hey JUMPUSA, I would like to purchase. Can I send you a cashier's check instead of using a card? I don't like using cards. Thanks.

  • I like the words ate 2:09 about how the rim still seems high until you start jumping. I am 33 yrs (ex dunker) that can still get up 40". I look at is sometimes....and it like DANGA dat's seems high. It shocks us short guys that we can consistantly get up there. Especially after 30 yrs!

  • @cbdud to me (im 5 8 and white lol) first time i grabbed rim, it still looked high, but after about a week of bing able to get it, it seem ssoooooo low xD

  • It comes with 30 bands for 15 per side. 525 total pounds resistance. The dunkers shown here can do no more than 425 pounds. When you can do that much, you'll be able to dunk guaranteed.

  • How long do you think it would take for someone who can just touch the rim to be able to dunk?

  • 3 months

  • Is there any chance that the bands could snap? How strong are they?

  • The bands are super strong UV resistant rubber. The are multiple-nested together so they cannot snap.

  • no bs -- look up what other users squatflex have to say on youtube. it's not so much magic as it is letting you build real jumping muscle at home in a simple step by step process. lift 12 bands and you dunk guaranteed.

  • Could I use jumpsoles on the squat flex?

  • absolutely yes. calf raises with jumpsoles magnify the load to your foot & lower leg. using proprioceptor plugs - even more so.
